ElevenPlusEdge is operated by Star Learning Hub Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17237374), registered office: 6 Pimpernel Mead, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 8ET, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@elevenplusedge.co.uk.
These terms apply to your use of elevenplusedge.co.uk and to purchases made through it. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
ElevenPlusEdge provides online 11+ mock exams aligned to GL Assessment and CEM formats, sat by your child under timed conditions, together with diagnostic reports for parents. You create a parent account and add a profile for each child; each child’s mock library holds up to eight mocks.
Mock packs are digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand this means you waive the 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is standard for digital content supplied straight away, and we only supply after you have confirmed it.
Because you receive immediate access to the full mock exam content, purchases are non-refundable, except at our discretion in exceptional cases — for example a technical fault on our side that prevents your child completing a mock. If something goes wrong, email support@elevenplusedge.co.uk and we will look at it properly.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and if it is not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or (where the law provides) a price reduction or refund.
Scaled scores, bands and any commentary estimate performance on our mocks to guide practice. They are not a prediction or guarantee of any real exam result or school place, and we accept no liability for admission outcomes.
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access — brief maintenance or outages can occur. If a fault on our side interrupts a mock your child is sitting, contact us and we will put it right (for example by resetting the attempt).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable or that relate to business use.
We may launch additional products (for example subscription-based daily practice). Any such product will have its own terms — including its own cancellation and refund terms — presented to you before you buy it.
We may update the service and these terms. If we make a material change to these terms we will post the updated version here with a new date, and where the change affects an active purchase we will tell you by email. Changes do not apply retrospectively to purchases you have already made.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there). If you are unhappy with anything, contact support@elevenplusedge.co.uk first — we aim to resolve every complaint directly.
